American Coverage Advisor collects the information you type into a review request — such as ZIP, age, coverage type, name, phone, and email — so a licensed producer can contact you about insurance options.

We use that information to respond to your request, to operate this site, and to meet record-keeping rules. We may share it with licensed producers, insurers, and service providers that help us process leads, host the site, or certify consent (including TrustedForm). We do not sell your information for money. We may disclose it if required by law.

You can email us through a licensed producer to ask what we have on file, to correct it, or to ask us to stop using it for outreach. California residents can use Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.

This site is not directed at children under 13.

Do not sell or share my personal information

If you are a California resident, you may request that we not sell or share your personal information as those terms are used in the CCPA. Send that request through a licensed producer after you have submitted a review, or use the contact path on this site. We still may use information as needed to complete a request you already made or to meet legal duties.
